Fury hurries back and retrieves an object from the SUV. They try to come back to the SUV but Hill notices something wrong with her and as she looks at Fury, in shock, she too just vanishes in the air. This is the effect of Thanos' finger snapping and people turning into dust at random. Hill sees that the car is empty and this is when Fury also notices a chopper crash into a high-rise. Fury slams the break and they both get out to check on the passengers in the other car. They are discussing the unusual heat signatures coming from Wakanda when they bump their SUV into a car coming from the opposite side.

Because let's face it, we have fourth Avengers movie coming out and it ain't over till the fat lady sings. The credit scene is connected to the ending before Thanos semi-retired. It introduced Nick Fury and this one has the same man doing all he can to save the universe one more time. This seems to be director duo Russo Brothers' tribute to first Iron Man movie which featured one solitary scene after the credits rolled. Infinity War has only one end credit scene.
